Oooh, that sounds really nice. I love my neighborhood, I just wish they'd thought to put a little area for shops in the middle. It's designed to be pedestrian friendly in the sense taht there are walking trails and a park and a school in the middle, but it would be nice to have a little cafe, a convenience store, and maybe a neighborhood pub or a newstand or something. It would be great to be able to walk down and see people from my neighborhood and hang out with them. But as it is, you really have to get in your car to do anything, and that pretty much sucks.
