I'm not sure if you are interested in this style of cooking, but I've found The Vegetarian Mother's Cookbook to be a really awesome resource for healthy recipes, PLUS it's tailored to pregnant and lactating women (though anyone can benefit from it, and you can add meat to the recipes easily... I'm not a total vegetarian). I've been cooking out of it for a while and haven't been disappointed yet :)
