Nursery stuff!

I have had this icon for a while, waiting for a chance to use it. Though I definitely haven't experienced anything like morning sickness, I do have queasy sorts of days, and this was one. We were watching Iron Chef tonight and something that came on the screen turned my stomach, which has never happened to me before!
Anyway, I posted last week that I had started looking at baby stuff and really liked the Malawi pattern for nursery bedding. I decided to go ahead and get the six-piece set, since it would allow me to pick out colors and get started on painting the room before it's too late for me to do it myself. And it arrived today!
It came with a quilt (pic below), a crib skirt, a crib sheet, a diaper stacker (pic below), a window valance, and a crib bumper. Behold the cuteness!!

I really love this pattern, and Doug likes it too. I didn't consult him before buying it, though he generally likes my taste in these things, heh. There are all sorts of other cool things you can get that go with the pattern. There's some wall art that I particularly like, and I might go ahead and get those.
I should have posted this earlier, but I only just got my camera out today. My friend Laura made this quilt for me -- my very first baby gift! She even lined in with terrycloth instead of batting, so that it would be more absorbent. I think it will make a great playmat, and I love it! Thank you, sweetie!
