Weekly update

jenn_unpluggedI feel like the only thing I'm posting about is pregnancy stuff lately! School is starting in a week and I'm feeling a little swamped with course preparation, so I'm not terribly creative otherwise. It's definitely exciting to be going back to school, though. It's always been one of my favorite times of the year!
Today was testing day, which means I went early to have blood drawn. It felt like it was going to be a lucky day -- she only had to stick me once!
I got a call back a few minutes ago from the clinic saying that my progesterone looked stable at around 27, and so Friday night will be my last shot. I will have another blood test next Tuesday to make sure it isn't crashing, but it looks like my body is finally starting to kick the progesterone into gear.
So that's good news! It will be interesting to say goodbye to the needles at last. I'm so used to it now that it isn't a big deal at all, but it will certainly be one less thing to deal with. I'm going to have to sit down and add up how many shots this process involved. I think it will be a rather high number...
